30-Day Challenge: Sun Flare

I know that today's real challenge focus was fresh fruit, but, with traveling with a group of 10 teenagers and constantly driving a van full of kiddos, I'm not even sure I even saw fresh fruit today. So I took Sunday's focus and used it today. I'll make up for it on Sunday and will make it a point to hunt down some fresh fruit between now and then.
