I weighed in today. I've lost 10 pounds total! Given that my goal is 20 pounds (minimum), I'm halfway there! I've been working out regularly and eating pretty well. Of course this almost-but-not-quite stomach flu that I've caught from my kids has really thrown a wrench into my workout regime. But I'm going to kickboxing on Friday come hell or high water.
Wow. I never thought I'd be that adamant about exercise. What have I turned in to?
