In an effort to pursue one of my New Years' resolutions, I have decided to share as much of my daily exercise and fitness as possible with the blogging world. A girlfriend of mine, Q's Momma, shared a cool Android app with me a while back that tracks your speed and mileage during walking/jogging/running (based on the GPS in your phone) and then uploads it to a website so you can keep track of it. Turns out, it also has an embed code. And that means I get to share it with you! Or at least keep track of it for myself. Either way, new blog feature! :)
