The Boy is on his way home for the weekend, and I am in charge of cooking dinner. I'm going to cook some chicken breasts in a apricot brandy-cherry-coconut milk sauce. I'm going to make rice and green beans. We'll see how it turns out.
We've got a busy weekend ahead. We're headed to a see a band tonight and a wine tasting on Sunday. No plans as of yet for Saturday, but I work for half of the day. Should be a fun, but whirlwindy, weekend.
