Great idea: Adding sugar-free shredded coconut to your smoothie.
Not-so-great idea: Drinking a whole banana-pineapple-coconut smoothie before going to the gym. My stomach is wicked full and now I want a nap. Under a warm blanket. Because now I'm cold.
